lying hurts

I hate subterfuge and lying.I hate it most when its practiced by people you expect to be open with.The constant being on edge bugs me no end.Relationships last because there is openness they crumble and die when there is deceit.I have always prided myself for my honesty and integrity i wish i could say the same for others who i have the misfortune to be in touch with.I expected change in such people but I guess I was kidding myself.
